Kristy could enter a room knowing no one and leave as everyone's friend. That's what was so amazing about Kristy, she would meet you and then begin to share personal details or feelings of her life as if you were her very best friend. She didn't care if she had never meet you before, she thought of everyone as her friend. She had a unique personality that was sometimes difficult to understand. It took me some time to know that she truly did not mean to offend. She simply spoke whatever came to her mind without any reservations. How would it be to have no inhibitions and speak candidly! Kristy had a testimony so simple and pure! She was never afraid to share it. I think every month that she lived in our ward she was up bearing her testimony. Every church lesson she had a comment. It was so nice to be a teacher and actually have someone to contribute to your lesson. What an example she was to me! She made me laugh and made me cry. When she would stand at the pulpit and sing with that beautiful voice of hers, I would cry. When she would sit and tell of her hilarious adventures I would laugh so hard I cried. She cared about everyone she came in contact with. I remember when we found out my daughter had a genetic disorder and needed intense therapy, I hardly knew her, and yet she came to me and asked about my daughter and then asked if she could watch my other three children for me so that I could take my daughter to therapy uninterrupted. How thoughtful! I think she offered to throw a baby shower for everyone who got pregnant in our ward-that's just the kind of person she was! She seemed to love a good party, when she would arrive she became the center of the party. My heart is greatly saddened that her light has been extinguished and moved on to the next life. How lucky those on the other side are to have such a strong, sweet, lively spirit in their midst! We will greatly miss her here. I know she will watch over those precious baby boys of hers that she had yearned so much for. May her mother whom she loved so much and family find peace and comfort. My thoughts and prayers are with you! Kristy, I pray that because of your example that I can be a better wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, and neighbor. Thank you for your example-you will never be forgotten. Love, Tracy
